Who Can Avail
of the PhilHealth GAMOT benefits?

  • PhilHealth members and their dependents
  • Patients diagnosed with covered conditions (as prescribed by a PhilHealth-accredited physician)
  • Patients with a GAMOT prescription from PhilHealth accredited doctors that have a Unique Prescription Security Code (UPSC).

STEP 1
Register in the PhilHealth YAKAP Program at Care Center Clinic.
STEP 2
Consult with a PhilHealth YAKAP-accredited doctor at the clinic.
STEP 3
After the consultation, you may receive a PhilHealth GAMOT prescription with a Unique Prescription Security Code (UPSC).
STEP 4
Present your prescription with the UPSC and a valid ID to VidaCure Pharmacy to claim your free medicines.
